9/01/2010 - 4 oz Fighters
Charlie Witbeck, Ryan Durand, Bobby Powers and Kristi
Kessler will be fighting in College Station at Hurricane
Harry's October 8th in the Legacy Muay Thai event. Doors
open at 6:30 p.m.
- 4 oz Fighters Jeremy Mahon, Akira Smith, Jesus Rivera and
"Master" Dominic Rodriguez will be fighting on October 14,
for the Puro Combate Muay Thai event.
9/09/2010 - 4 oz will be hosting a stunt seminar November 6,
2010 from 10 a.m. - 3 p.m, cost is $125.00 per student. For

- Jolene Carter will be running a fitness bootcamp starting
October 4, the program will run 4 weeks . Classes will begin
promptly at 9:30 Monday, Wednesday and Friday. Registration

9/20/2010 - 4oz will be hosting a FREE self defense seminar
for women Saturday, September 25, from 2 - 4. All ladies
are invited and encouraged to bring friends.
10/04/2010 - Jolene's bootcamp is off to a great start. We
will continue to accept registrants through Monday October
11th, classes will be proprated. As of today there are 6
spots still available, call and reserve your spot today

- 4oz will be hosting it's first annual Golf Tournament
Friday October 29th, at the Longwood Golf Club. Proceeds
from this event will help "Hopeful Tomorrow" a 501 C-3 non
profit established to help underprivaleged youth pursue
sports and arts programs. Shotgun for the event is at 1:30.
Price per participant is $100.00 (includes golf rounds and
backyard buffet). As of todsay, we have 10 holes left for
sponsorship, cost is $200 per hole. All donations will be
greatly appreciated, for more information regarding the

- Jolene Carter is now accepting new clients for the
November booty camp program. Classes start Monday November
1st at 9:30 classes and run 1 hour Monday, Wednesday and
