4oz Striking Program
4oz has amassed approximately an 87% win
ratio in over 100 professional and amateur
fights. A big part of this success comes
from our striking program. Although we offer
traditional Muay Thai, we are best known for
our own Hybrid Muay Thai developed by Robert
Perez.
Our striking consists of a simple foundation
that we build into an infinite number of
combinations. All of this has proven to be
extremely successful in the ring and cage.
After an evaluation, our instructors will
determine which of the 3 levels you will be
placed in (beginner, intermediate, advanced)
and your progression will be monitored
weekly.
Whatever your goal, striking instructors
